Paramore have posted on their LiveJournal an entry entitled "NO LIVE DVD".  In it they write:

No one ever said we were doing a live DVD. When we do a live DVD we will try to make it worth your money.

Wal*Mart was recording us for a promotion they are running in their store. No one ever said we were doing a live DVD. When we do a live DVD we will try to make it worth your money. The show in San Hose wouldn't have been worth it. It was a fun show, but not for a DVD.
